The Dustless Blasting Advantage

Our equipment is designed smarter, so you can get the job done right — even in areas where dust and containment are concerns.

How it Works

Superior dust suppression.

Dustless Blasting equipment employs a mixture of water, air, and abrasive to clean and remove surface contaminants and coatings, providing a clean surface with no clinging dust.

  • Less containment is required.
  • Blast in open environments, even when others are working nearby.
  • Less dust means more visibility, increasing worker safety.

Quicken your pace. Increase your profits.

In the abrasive blasting business, speed matters. You need to count on the highest levels of efficiency to ensure deadlines are met and profit margins are maintained.

  • Abrasive blasting is faster and more efficient than sanding, scraping, grinding, or chemical stripping.
  • The water produces more mass and force in the blasting process, allowing you to use less media and work more efficiently.

Attachments of choice.

Attachments maximize the power of your machine to help you take on more tasks, and maximize your profit. The ADCS (included on mobile trailers), gives you a clean, dry air supply to power various air tools.

  • Paint Sprayers: Offer painting, priming, and sealing services in addition to blasting.
  • Vapor Adapter: Apply disinfectant to keep your community safe.
  • Comfortable PPE: A long day's work doesn't have to feel like one with a climate-controlled blast respirator.
  • Air Tools: Use your powerful compressor for any sort of pneumatic air tool you need.

Stay safe & OSHA compliant.

OSHA recommends using a wet abrasive delivery method — such as Dustless Blasting — as a primary means of protecting workers.

  • Dustless Blasting makes it easy to comply with OSHA standards.
  • Water encapsulates the abrasive and coating being removed, which prevents them from becoming airborne and being inhaled.
  • Use a less toxic abrasive, such as 40/70 recycled crushed glass, which contains no crystalline silica.
  • Significant dust reduction increases visibility, reducing accidents.

Environmental excellence.

Since the debris is captured with the water during the blasting process, Dustless Blasting can be easily contained and cleaned.

  • Comply with EPA and DEQ regulations.
  • Because there is no dust plume or toxic chemicals, it can be used in areas with strict environmental rules and regulations.
  • Produces very little runoff that is simple to contain.
