An investment you can count on

When you purchase a Dustless Blaster, you're investing in more than just a blast pot.  We understand starting a business or upgrading your current setup can be a big decision, which is why we've engineered a premium product for maximum earning potential.

We believe in the quality of our machines. Every blast pot you buy is backed by a lifetime warranty to keep you blasting for the long haul.

Take a look at some other ways you get your money's worth with a Dustless Blasting machine.

Industry-Leading Quality

Though our product is premium quality, it doesn't take a premium price to maintain. We've made your machine maintenance easily accessible and wallet friendly.

Keeping your dustless blaster in top condition doesn't require a special technician or proprietary piece, like other systems on the market. All of your common wear parts can be purchased directly from our Online Store. Our technical support line means you can service your machine quickly over the phone and be back blasting with minimal down time.

Along with the blast pot lifetime warranty, our machines are carefully inspected to be ASME, PED, and/or CE compliant and made right here in the USA.

Towing Capacity

"Can my truck pull it?"

An often overlooked, but important part of choosing the right trailer for your blasting business is your current vehicle's capabilities.  More specifically, do you own a truck, and what is its towing capacity? The bigger the trailer, the heavier it is. Don't forget about additional materials such as water and abrasives that can quickly add weight to your towing capacity.

Dustless Blasting Model Loaded Weight Estimate Suggested Truck Size
DB350 Mobile XS 2,339 Pounds 1/2 Ton Truck or Greater
DB500 Mobile S 5,500 Pounds 1/2 Ton Truck or Greater
DB800 Mobile XL 9,700 Pounds 3/4 Ton Truck or Greater
DB800 Mobile XXL Dual 14,100 Pounds 1 Ton Truck or Greater

Power

"How much power do I need?"

The truth is: all of our mobile machines are capable of the same process. Our larger configurations, however, are more productive due to a few factors:

  • Our larger configurations tend to have larger blast pots. The larger the blast pot, the less you need to stop blasting and refill.
  • Larger air compressors provide you with greater air volume. With more air volume, you're able to use a larger blast nozzle while still maintaining the same PSI.  This allows you to cover more surface area at once and complete jobs faster. Even a one-size nozzle increase can greatly benefit blast productivity (up to 53% in our testing).
  • Our larger trailer layouts allow for better ergonomics, greater storage space, and more efficient operation.

In-house financing is available on all of our mobile blasting units. Learn more about our financing options.

Our mobile lineup begins with the the all-new DB350 Mobile XS. At just 1,850 lb, this ultra-compact mobile blaster is ready to roll with the truck you already own.

If you find the mobile units a bit pricey, why not check out our budget-friendly compressor-ready carts? They're a great way to start making money with blasting. Just rent a compressor with each job, and you're all set.

Buy the Complete Setup Now & Save Over Time

There are a couple big pieces of equipment that are essential for performance. With our mobile blasting machines, you get all the necessary equipment, such as an air compressor and air dryer, on one, easy-to-tow trailer.

If you're looking to just pick up a blast pot, you'll have to consider your compressor size and if your business will want to both dry and wet blast.

Rent vs. Buy

A high-quality air compressor with the proper CFM requirement is necessary for sandblasting. Looking at the monthly cost for a 185 CFM compressor from a popular rental site, you'd be set back about $1,610 every four weeks. That's $20,930 a year (or almost HALF the cost of our top-selling Mobile S trailer!).

If you're planning to utilize the full versatility of your Dustless Blasting® blast pot, you need an air drying and cooling system. If you don't purchase an ADCS directly from us or our all-inclusive mobile machines, the cost to rent per four weeks will add up to about $1,920 or a whopping $24,960 per year! All rental prices do vary from location to location, but you'll be parting with some serious cash each month if you choose to rent additional equipment.

The power of a Dustless Blasting mobile machine allows you the potential to secure large contracts and repeat customers. Take a look at how one operator scored a $40,000 job with his DB00® Mobile XL. Would you believe this owner had ZERO blasting experience before he started his business?
