Strip paint and graphics from side of 45-ft van trailer

Why use wet blasting?

Traditional sandblasting is a nightmare for fleet vehicles, because it warps the thin aluminum panels. Unlike sandblasting, the water in our process cools the metal, eliminating warping. This cooling effect also speeds the removal process, because it makes the vinyl and adhesive brittle, instead of gooey. What’s more, there is no need to avoid the rivets on the trailer, which makes the Dustless Blasting process incredibly fast. In fact, both sides of this 45’ trailer were stripped in just 6 hours!

“It took me 3 days to strip a 53' trailer. I had to take all the decals off it first, wash it down, get all the adhesive off it...It was brutal! With Dustless Blasting, you can do that in 4 hours.”
