Sales Representative

Dustless Blasting / MMLJ - Houston, TX

MMLJ, Inc. is the leader in Abrasive Blast Mobile Businesses, and is looking for talented and competitive Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Candidates wishing to be considered for the Sales Representative (Abrasive Blasting Equipment) opportunity must have at least 2 years of prior Sales experience, ideally within an Abrasive Blast/Surface Cleaning Sales environment.   • Source new sales opportunities through Inbound-Lead follow ups.

  • Build rapport with customers, answering questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure clients are aware of all products and services offered to make way for increased revenue attainment.

  • Effectively communicate with customers to fully understand their needs and requirements.

  • Close sales and achieve/exceed quarterly quotas.

  • Maintain an up-to-date Lead Database within the CRM, updating information daily/as needed.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers.

  • Become an expert in our products and services offered, as well as understand the industry as a whole to best pitch to customers.

  • Maintain open communication with the VP of Marketing.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned to the Sales Representatives (Abrasive Blasting Equipment) as needed.



  • Must have at least 2 years of prior Sales experience, ideally within an Abrasive Blast/Surface Cleaning environment.

  • Must have a proven track-record of Sales success.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Abrasive Blasting Products and Services is preferred.

  • Must have a strong phone presence, with prior experience dialing 30+ Customers/Day.

  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM Systems is required.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal).

  • Strong listening and presentation skills are required.

  • Must possess excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.

  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team atmosphere.
