The Dustless Blaster works by mixing water with the abrasive inside the blast vessel. This increases the mass of the abrasive, significantly reducing consumption and increasing productivity! Imagine throwing a wet handful of sand compared to a dry one. Which one would hit harder, and which one would make a bigger mess?
After hitting the blast surface the media loses momentum, gets trapped in water and becomes grounded. This eliminates airborne particulates from the abrasive or the coating being removed! This often reduces or eliminates the need for containment, because it is mostly only water vapor that is traveling through the air.
